Rolling Process Optimization for Electrical Steel

Achieving high magnetic flux density and low magnetic core loss in electrical steels is contingent upon various metallurgical and operational factors, including texture, grain size, chemical composition, and coiling temperature. However, optimizing the rolling process to meet these requirements presents a significant challenge. This project focuses on addressing this challenge by optimizing rolling processes for electrical steel production. By leveraging advanced metallurgical insights and operational adjustments, we aim to enhance magnetic properties while maintaining production efficiency. This initiative seeks to improve the overall performance and quality of electrical steels, ensuring they meet stringent magnetic performance standards.
