The Company strictly complies with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act). We have established an Internal Committee (IC) to address and redress complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace in a fair, confidential, and time-bound manner.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of sexual harassment and are committed to fostering a work environment based on dignity, respect, equality, and mutual trust.
Reporting a Concern
Any employee, intern, consultant, contractor, visitor, or stakeholder who wishes to report an incident or seek guidance regarding workplace sexual harassment may contact our Internal Committee through the following email address:
All complaints received are treated with utmost confidentiality and are handled in accordance with the provisions of the POSH Act, 2013 and the Company's POSH Policy.
SHe-Box Portal
In addition to the Company's Internal Committee mechanism, women employees and visitors may also submit complaints through the Government of India's Sexual Harassment Electronic Box (SHe-Box) Portal administered by the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
SHe-Box provides a centralized online platform for registering and tracking complaints related to workplace sexual harassment and facilitates timely redressal through the appropriate Internal Committee or Local Committee.
