Description:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in key functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and coordination of HR events. This role provides hands-on exposure to essential HR operations and offers an opportunity to work closely with various business teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
  • Follow up with the shortlisted candidates and support in documentation.
  • Maintain candidate tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards. 

2.  Employee Engagement & HR Events

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities. 
  • Assist in organizing HR events such as team-building sessions, celebrations, festive events, any other events etc
  • Prepare communication, posters, and announcements for engagement activities. 
  • Collect feedback from employees and document participation metrics. 

3.  HR Operations Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. 
  • Provide support in onboarding activities (welcome mail, induction coordination, etc).
  • Help in preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards whenever required.
  • Any other HR-related tasks assigned by the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Work Mode and Timings

  • Work from Office (WFO) only.
  • Total working hours: 9 hours per day, including 1-hour break.
  • 5-day working schedule (Monday to Friday).
  • May be required to work on Saturdays if needed.
