Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Follow up with the shortlisted candidates and support in documentation.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Events

- Perform CFD simulations of combustion processes in furnaces and SMRs using commercial CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, etc.
