Agentic AI for Plant Maintenance Workflow Automation
In today’s competitive manufacturing environment, efficient maintenance operations ensure seamless production, reduce downtime, and optimise resources. For many manufacturing enterprises leveraging SAP for maintenance operations, the existing workflow for creating maintenance notifications and work order estimations is manual and experience-driven. This manual approach often leads to inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and delayed decision-making..

To address these challenges, a solution was developed using Amazon Web Service cloud services and GEN-AI (Agentic AI). The solution focuses on streamlining maintenance notifications, work orders, and planning/scheduling processes through automation and AI-driven insights.
