Carbon Capture

Tridiagonal is playing a significant role in journey of carbon net zero with the effective use of technologies like Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) and Finite Element Analysis(FEA).
Our CFD engineers can simulate flow patterns of gas mixtures within absorbers to maximize CO2 capture efficiency. This type of study helps to identify configurations that maximize contact between the gas and the capture agent in Rotating packed beds.
Tridiagonal FE analysis team analyzes the stress distribution on the RPB structure due to centrifugal forces during rotation. This ensures the RPB can handle operational loads without deformation or failure.

For efficient operation of vehicle exhaust system, it is important to maintain back pressure below 400 mbar. Muffler plays a significant role in dampening emission and engine noise.
