We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Chemist with strong expertise in crystallization processes and hands-on laboratory experience using glassware reactor systems. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of process development, experimentation, troubleshooting, and laboratory studies involving crystallization, mixing studies, filtration, drying, solvent switching, and distillation.
The role requires strong laboratory execution capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently drive experimental programs and report findings effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute laboratory experiments using glassware setups such as reactors, condensers, distillation assemblies, filtration units, and drying systems.
- Develop and optimize crystallization processes for yield, purity, particle size, and reproducibility.
- Perform mixing studies to evaluate agitation efficiency, blending uniformity, heat transfer, and mass transfer.
- Conduct laboratory studies involving filtration, drying, solvent switch, and distillation.
- Conduct process feasibility studies, route evaluations, and parameter optimization.
- Troubleshoot process issues observed during lab studies and plant trials.
- Prepare batch procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Maintain accurate experimental records, observations, and analytical data.
